Hoop Dance Fitness Classes

Did you know that hula hooping around your waist can burn up to 600 calories an hour?

Hula hooping is fun, easy and a little bit addictive!

Michelle Obama, Beyonce and Grace Jones all use hula hooping for fun and exercise.

Classes include hula hooping around the waist, balance skills, dance moves, full warm up and warm down and lots of fun!
