Hoop Fitness

Back by popular demand, our Tuesday night hoop fitness class!

Classes will get you using your core with waist hooping drills, balance challenges and strength exercises. We also feature a ‘trick of the week’ where you can learn a new impressive hoop move each class.

To celebrate the return of Hoop Fitness we are running a deal on our next block – £22 for 5 classes! Save money and commit to getting fitter by booking five weeks in a row.

You can also attend on a drop-in basis for £7 per class. Either drop-in and pay on the night, or book via Paypal.
